Byron M. Blasco, DMD

Dr. Byron M. Blasco, D.M.D., graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. With a Bachelor’s degree from U.N.L.V., and family rooted here, he then returned to Las Vegas to establish a private practice. In the decades since, Dr. Blasco has purposefully exercised a passion in cosmetic, implant, and sports dentistry.

Dr. Blasco’s dedication to continuing education includes over 3000 hours of training, notably at LVI and Aesthetic Advantage. He has instructed at the Scottsdale / Spear Center for Advanced Dental Studies and held various leadership roles in dental societies and boards, including serving as President of the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners.

A national lecturer on dental esthetics and procedures, Dr. Blasco is also the Executive Director of Cornerstone Esthetics Continuing Dental Education. His courses blend art, science, and business to enhance dental practices and patient care.

As a Fellow of the Academy for Sports Dentistry (ASD), Dr. Blasco is deeply involved in sports medicine. He is the only dentist in Nevada to achieve Fellowship status in Sports Dentistry. He currently serves as the President of the ASD, as well as the exclusive treating Team Dentist for several professional and collegiate athletic teams.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Blasco leads initiatives in sports dentistry education, including developing curriculum and chairing symposiums for the Academy for Sports Dentistry.
